Our corporate client brought together a dedicated group of 1200 cryptocurrency specialists and enthusiasts from the DACH region for a 3-day event in Munich.
Our tasks
Our comprehensive services included meticulously organized transportation, accommodation management distributed in two hotels, decoration, security, AV support and coordination, signage, entertainment and VIP management, exclusive gala dinner pre-conference, Catering, hostesses and the presence of multilingual staff to ensure a seamless experience.
Our Highlights
We were driven to create an event that not only fostered collaboration among our cryptocurrency guests but also celebrated the diverse expectations of our guests. Last minute requests were of course not an exception and we were happy to accommodate all our clients demands, fostering a strong sense of service and team spirit. The evening parties were the highlights for all participants.
