Based in Munich and Berlin, it’s, since 1956 established, years of experience has turned Weichlein Meetings & Incentives into one of the market leading Destination Management Companies in Germany, covering the main cities, such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart.

Every detail is addressed with accuracy, care and high quality service from the beginning to the end. Our services include inspecting and suggesting appropriate venues and activities suitable to your group’s size and demographics. We work with venues and vendors that support the group’s needs & desires and are choosing them with diligence to insure appropriate business licensing, desirable insurance requirements, safety training, dress code and training procedures of personnel.

Our detailed preparation of personalized arrangements for individuals and groups also include the coordination of massive transportation, evening entertainment, exclusive dinner experiences, hotel reservations, decoration, AVs, security staff, multilingual guides and interpreters.

Our company was founded by Hugo M. Weichlein, specializing as an incoming service provider for leisure groups from North America.

Brigitte Trenner, a trusted employee for many years, purchased Weichlein and developed the globally recognized Meeting and Incentives segment.

In keeping with Weichlein’s tradition of structured succession planning, Mrs. Marina Parra-Flechsig spent many years working with Ms. Trenner and rejoined the company in 2012 as Managing Director and Co-Owner. Mrs. Marina Parra-Flechsig brings over 15 years of experience of the incoming business with her. She is well respected for organizing and implementing large projects in the MICE as well as in the Leisure industry.

In 2013 Mrs. Marina Parra-Flechsig takes over as the sole owner of Weichlein Meetings & Incentives and reinforces the marketing presence of the company through her excellent relationships with suppliers, local authorities and clients abroad. Her crucial knowledge of the expectations and the mentality of the clients as well as her attention to detail are some of her main strengths. Mrs. Marina Parra-Flechsig is on top of ALL projects and is actively involved in the operations of each of the project managers. You may also find her at the airport or checking restaurants or amending rooming lists.

Our experienced multilingual team (English, Spanish, French, and German) combines its existing knowledge and experience with the most up to date information about new locations and activities in every city in Germany. Our philosophy is that the smallest detail makes a difference, which adds to our excellent personalized and tailor made services for every project, run from either our Berlin or Munich office.
