Take A Stroll Through The Beautiful Green And Spacious English Garden

One of the largest urban parks in the world can be found in Munich. The park offers numerous leisure activities, forests and wide green fields. Locals use the park and its 78-kilometre-long network of paths for walking, jogging, cycling and much more.

During summertime, many enjoy the warmth of the sun on the green fields. You can even meet horseback riders using the 12-kilometre-long network of horse trails in the park. The park was given the name English Garden because it was laid out in the style of an English country park.

If you need a refreshment you can find several beer gardens in the park, if you love tea don’t miss out on the Japanese tea house, located at the south side of the park, where tea ceremonies have been performed since 1972.
