Weichlein Tours + Incentives has a long-established reputation for excellence in the field of conference and incentive group operations.

Based in Munich and Berlin, its 61 years of experience has established Weichlein Tours + Incentives as one of the market leaders in Germany, covering the main cities, such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart.

Successful programs for incentives, meetings and conventions don’t just happen, they require flair, creativity and genuine desire to succeed, and our experienced multilingual staff strive to reach your expectations.
Every detail is addressed with accuracy, care and high quality service from the beginning to the end. Our services include inspecting and suggesting appropriate venues and activities, suitable to your group’s size and demographics. We work with venues and vendors that support the group’s needs & desires and are choosing them with diligence to insure appropriate business licensing, desirable insurance requirements, safety training, dress code and training procedures of personnel.
Our detailed preparation of personalized arrangements for individuals and groups also include the coordination of massive transportation, evening entertainment, exclusive dinner experiences, hotel reservations, decoration, AVs, security staff, multilingual guides and interpreters.

History

We are usually busy looking into the future, but once in a while it is worth a glance at the heritage which has gained us the worldwide reputation we enjoy today.

1956
Our company was established by Hugo M. Weichlein, specializing at first as an incoming service provider for leisure groups from North America.

1985
Brigitte Trenner, a trusted employee for many years, purchased Weichlein and was responsible for developing the globally recognized Meeting and Incentives segment.

2012
In keeping with Weichlein’s tradition of structured succession planning, Marina Parra spent many years working with Ms. Trenner and rejoined the company in 2012 as Managing Director and Co-Owner. Ms. Parra-Flechsig brings with her over 15 years of incoming experience in Germany as well as abroad. She is well respected for organizing and implementing large projects both in the Association, MICE and Leisure industry.

2013
Marina Parra-Flechsig takes over as sole owner of Weichlein Tours and reinforces the marketing presence of the company with her excellent relationship with suppliers, local authorities and clients abroad, being her main strength the intrinsic knowledge of the expectations and mentality of the clients and her attention to detail. Marina is on top of ALL projects and is actively involved in the operations of each of the project managers. You may find her as well at the airport or checking restaurants and amending rooming lists.

Today
Our experienced multilingual team (French, Spanish, Dutch, English, German) combines its existing knowledge and experience with the most up to date information about new locations and activities in every city in Germany. Our philosophy is that the smallest detail makes a difference and we offer personalized tailor made services for each and every project, either from our office in Berlin or in Munich.
